We are a family run business based in the beautiful Bay of Plenty. We are a husband and wife team, Josh and Katrina Walker. Josh is the craftsman, bringing our designs to life. A licensed builder practitioner with experience to back him, Josh loves to create and deliver a high quality product while being able to provide excellent customer service, hence 'The Boutique Building Co' was started. Katrina takes an admin and marketing role and isn't afraid of donning a builders apron and stepping in as the 'chippy' when needed. When not creating and building we are busy keeping up with our four children.
