ABOUT US...
We are a family run business based in the beautiful Bay of Plenty. We are a husband and wife team, Josh and Katrina Walker. Josh is the craftsman, bringing our designs to life. A licensed builder practitioner with experience to back him, Josh loves to create and deliver a high quality product while being able to provide excellent customer service, hence 'The Boutique Building Co' was started. Katrina takes an admin and marketing role and isn't afraid of donning a builders apron and stepping in as the 'chippy' when needed. When not creating and building we are busy keeping up with our four children.
SERVICES
We primarily build pre-fabricated cabins and sheds but we are also available for renovations and odd jobs. Both our sheds and cabins are transportable, we can deliver a shed or cabin up to 3m wide and up to 10m in length, all across the North Island. If you don't see a solution for what you're needing, get in touch with us and we are happy to customise a design to suit your needs - we can provide up to a 30sqm cabin without needing consent.
